Reports, Decisions and Appeals

Draft for review before publication. Version 2026-10-24.1. Reveal — Dzmitry Maiseyenka. Contact: Botikigames@gmail.com.

Submit a report

In a profile, chat, message menu, attachment or game participant menu, choose Report, select a reason and optionally add an explanation. Reasons include threats, stalking, bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination, spam, fraud, a fake profile, dangerous or prohibited content and other violations. Illegal content can also be reported to support: identify the exact material or case number, the grounds and a safe reply contact. Do not send passwords or unnecessary third-party information. An emergency threat requires contacting local emergency services; Reveal does not replace them.

What happens next

A confirmed submission receives a case number. Contact with the reported person is restricted to protect the reporter; this does not mean a global ban or proven wrongdoing. The server captures available original materials and the minimum necessary context. A client-side description does not replace the original. Files use secure capture of the original, a separate private copy, a hash and provenance. If the original was permanently deleted before the report, it is not invented. An incomplete capture status is shown honestly.

Review

An authorised person using MFA reviews the materials, context and previously confirmed decisions. The number of reports alone is not a basis for a serious sanction. Outcomes may include no violation, insufficient evidence, a confirmed violation, a warning, removal of specific material, a feature restriction, or a temporary or permanent ban. AI does not automatically impose serious sanctions. The recipient's notice explains the grounds, rule, scope and duration of the restriction and how to challenge it, without disclosing the reporter's identity or other people's private information.

Appeal a decision

A significant decision can be appealed from the safety section or official notice, or, if access is unavailable, through Botikigames@gmail.com with the decision number. The appeal window is at least 180 days after the decision. Explain what you believe is incorrect and the relevant circumstances. A different authorised moderator performs the review; the history of the original decision, review and reversals is retained. Lifting a sanction does not remove another person's individual block or restore user-deleted materials.

Access and retention

Materials are not public. Access and staff actions are logged; roles are assigned through a trusted server process. Periods, exceptions and legal holds are described in the retention rules. Deleting an account or message, or closing a chat, does not destroy an already accepted report or separately captured evidence. This does not permit indefinite retention of all conversations.
